We love that Onyx products are easy to clean. Most household cleaners, including white vinegar, are effective. Please avoid using abrasive cleaners like Soft Scrub, Comet, or Magic Eraser because they can damage the surface. Surface protectants will prevent water spots from forming and make cleaning even easier.

Our showroom is open 9-5, Monday-Friday. We will happily accommodate you if you want to visit the showroom after hours.

This always depends on the project. For complete remodels using materials from The Onyx Collection, the lead time can be around 2-3 months from ordering to delivery. Once we have the materials, the installation process can range from two days to two weeks, depending on the scope of the remodel.
